About us
Our mission is to provide independent sports dispute resolution services that promote and foster the spirit of fair competition.

Gymnastics Australia Supplementary Complaints Management process
We will work alongside Sport Integrity Australia to support Gymnastics Australia to manage and resolve complaints raised through their new Supplementary Complaints Management Policy. Gymnastics Australia established this policy to complement the Australian Human Rights Commission Review of Gymnastics in Australia.
We will provide independent mediation, conciliation and arbitration services for disputes that arise under the new policy. See Gymnastics Australia for more details.
COVID-19 arrangements
The COVID-19 pandemic will affect how we deliver our dispute resolution services. Consistent with advice from the Australian Government, we will conduct all hearings via teleconference or videoconference until further notice. If you have any queries or concerns, contact us via phone (02 6289 3877) or email (enquiries@nationalsportstribunal.gov.au).
